Drogowskazy Kariery (Career Signposts) is a comprehensive all-Poland programme with the aim of developing students’ career path combined with an internship programme.
The objective of the programme is to assist students in creating their own future and finding the best way of development. Our goal is first to present the opportunities that students have, help them make their own most suitable choice and then facilitate realizing their dreams. All companies on the Polish market are invited toparticipate in our programme. Our cooperation consists in organizing special courses (in particular trade presentations, workshops, case studies), panel discussions, debates, internships and job fair, creating Knowledge Base and Internet Internship Base on the website: Students – programme participants – gain an opportunity to get to know the specificity of working in various businesses as well as potential employers. We make it a principle to adjust our programme specifically to the students’ needs. Trade surveys, in which students choose three to five businesses that they are most interested in, are conducted at the universities taking part in Drogowskazy Kariery. The ones that receive the largest number of votes are the subject of Drogowskazy Kariery at a given university. The main part of the programme will be held from 28th March to 8th April 2011 at 25 universities in 10 provinces. Regional Programme Centres are the following cities: Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Lublin, Opole, Poznań, Szczecin, Warszawa, Włocławek oraz Wrocław.
